Repeat Prescription Ordering

We are no longer accepting repeat prescriptions over the telephone.

As COVID-19 restrictions are easing, we are now changing our policy of prescription ordering back to the way it was prior to COVID-19. You now have two options for ordering your prescriptions. The first is; you can sign up for online ordering. You can either do this through the NHS app OR you can sign up for one of our patient access services by speaking to one of the receptionists. Secondly; you can write down what you need, with your name and date of birth and post it in the red box in our foyer. Please allow 48 hours for the surgery to process your prescription. If you are struggling to comply with the prescription process, please telephone the practice to discuss your options further with a member of staff.
