Repeat Prescriptions

Patients on regular medication do not always need to see the doctor for a repeat prescription. Please complete the request slip from your previous prescription by ticking only the items that you need. If you do not have a request slip you can submit your request in writing or use the repeat prescribing service on this website.

We no longer take prescription requests over the phone.

If you have registered for our Patient Access, you can now order your repeat medication by clicking here.

Please note we require 48 hours notice to issue repeat medication

If your request is received before 3pm it will be ready for collection within 48 hours (Working Days).

 

 

Medication Reviews

From time to time, and as indicated by your individual health needs or personal medication, it may be required that you attend the practice for a medication review in order for us to see you, and assess your need to continue with your medication, and arrange any monitoring tests such as blood samples etc. If you are asked to come in for a medication review and do not attend you may not be able to obtain any further medication until we see you.

You may be asked to either see our Doctors, the Nurse Practitioner or the Practice Nurse.

Increasingly we are able to conduct medication reviews over the telephone – please ensure you check your prescription for any messages detailing any requirements for a medication review and please also help us to help you by supplying us with your up to date contact details.
